  • You allow the algorithm to show you the next video or post on your feed.

  • You watch other people’s lives on social media and miss out on your own.

What if, by closing social media, you could actually create the life you wanted?

Imagine, that instead of:

  • Searching for advice on TikTok, you trusted yourself to make the right decision.

  • Looking at photos of beautiful places on Instagram, you actually travelled.

  • Saving another home decor photo to your Pinterest board, you made your home how you want it to be (or your got on the phone with a realtor).

You don’t need to go to social media to find your perfect life you want, you have to get out there and make it in real life.

Social media is a new invention with the intention to hold our attention. We’ve never had to learn to manage our use because it never existed on smartphones before 2009.

For the sake of who you want to be in the future, you have to learn how to exist around social media, not feel compelled to look all the time, and spend your time on what you truly want in your life.

At the end of this program, you’ll STOP:
