Digital Decluttering
Do you….
Have a ton of photos on your phone or computer that you’ve been putting off organizing?
Feel inundated with the accounts you follow on social media?
Have thousands of emails and need to unsubscribe from email lists or delete emails that are months or years old?
Keep meaning to unfriend people on Facebook, but need some help pulling the trigger?
Let me help you get organized…
decluttering files on your computer or phone,
detoxing friends/accounts, and/or
detaching from your emails.
Just like a bank reconciliation or cleaning your house, going through and organizing your digital information will help you get clear and focused in your life.
This will give you the accountability to declutter your digital life.
Here are the things you can declutter in a group setting:
Social Media unfollowing
Email clean up
Organize photos from the past month
Back up computer files
Clean up your phone - settings space, find data that’s cluttering up your phone and delete it
This meeting will consist of:
5-10 min: getting clear on your intention for the hour
35-55 min: quite/music time working on your own decluttering (with check in’s so you don’t waste time scrolling)
5-10 min: reflection and intention for next time
