And the way to do that is to take space from your phone to learn who you are, what your thoughts are, how you can live a better life and how you can contribute to the betterment of the world around you.

So then you buffer with:
Netflix
Scrolling Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, news apps,
Playing games for hours on end
Watching porn
Shopping for things you don’t need
Then you forget what you were doing in the first place.
Where are you going in your life? What do you want for yourself?
Oh well, open another app.
When you’re on your phone, you lose your sense of yourself. What’s really important to you? Who are you really? What are your true opinions? How do you want to think, feel and act in this world? The constant comparison and barrage of ideas, photos and videos can be overwhelming to the point you can’t think straight.
You don’t have the live this way.

Phones and some apps are made to be addictive to keep you checking, looking and scrolling (…and to allow tech companies to earn more money from ads you view).
But it also is caused by your thoughts.
To get away from your phone, you can’t just lock it in a box.
We want to use our phones. They allow us to communicate and work more efficiently and better than ever. But only if we use them that way.
You have to learn why you spend so much time on your phone in the first place, waht you would rather be spending that time on, then change your actions to revolve around that.
I want you to live the life you want to live. And that means helping you get off your phone and spend more time in real life with the people you love, getting more quality sleep and rest, being more healthy and creative, and empowering you to get out of the box and be the change in this world.
