Slow Flow
Getting in the flow and slowing down. Some days you just need an excuse to lay on a mat. I offer slow flow classes from 15-60 minutes long depending on your level.
Meditation
Focusing on your thoughts is not an easy thing to do and not something that you often want to look at. The great thing about meditation is no one has perfected it and you won’t either! With a meditation practice comes clarity of mind, an ease and readiness to take on the day.
Breathing
If you’re feeling overwhelmed or anxious, taking a few deep breaths helps alleviate that. Sometimes having some guidance helps.
These 10-15 minute breathing exercises will help you slow down, re-evaluate your emotions, and leave you feeling refreshed and empowered to take on anything that life throws at you.
